Are you a detail orientated, data driven Payroll and Benefits professional who has been exposed to HR reporting and analytics? I am partnering with a Financial Services brand to source a Payroll, Benefits and HRIS Specialist on a permanent basis.
Main responsibilities include:
Preparation of the monthly outsourced payroll for the UK region
Managing monthly payroll reconciliation and sign off process
First point of contact for payroll queries for staff and payroll bureau
Payroll new starter and leaver actions (e.g. P45s)
Year- end tax/NI tasks - Processing of P11ds and PSA
Monthly pension administration, reconciliation and payment submission
Benefit administration and communication to employees
Support the annual compensation review (data management and employee communications)
Provide market benchmarking data and analysis
Provide support to the HR Team in preparing MI reports, and presenting data in a meaningful way
Support Remuneration Committee pack preparation, documentation and analysis
Monthly HR reporting and data analysis (including Management Committee, Board, Risk and Compliance reports)
