Payroll & Pension Administrator - £30,000 - £35,000 - City of London
Frazer Jones have been exclusively instructed to recruit a Payroll & Pension Administrator on a Permanent basis for a leading and growing insurance firm located in the city of London.
This role will report into an established Payroll Manager and work along side 3 other team members.
- Process group Payroll and Pensions on a monthly basis.
- Maintain and administer Monthly BACS.
- Data collection and processing support for P11D's.
- Support and assist employees with queries PAYE tax/NI issues/student loan queries.
- Liaise with HMRC on Ad hoc queries.
- Respond to Pension queries.
- Assist the HR team with general HR queries, issues and projects.
Skill set needed:
- Strong UK Payroll knowledge.
- Be able to process payroll manually.
- Strong communicator.
- Team player.
- Keen to gain CIPP qualification.
