This organisational design role will focus on the design of career frameworks and then the delivery of improvements job levelling to include; Job profiles, job grading, reward structure, data structure and job families. Ensuring compatibility with workday. You will also be responsible for the development and deployment of training and governance to ensure the long term success of the project. Assuming the pre-project phase is successful, the project would them move to implementation phase.
Skills and experience
You should have previous relevant experience as a OD functional lead, ideally you will have a solid understanding of workday and career development frameworks and how they underpin business operations. You will have first class senior stakeholder management experience, workshop set up and facilitation experience and be skilled working through third parties to drive and deliver work. Your written project documents should be clear and articulate.
