Their ideal hire is a senior talent strategy consultant capable of managing one to two resources while utilizing their strong project management skills to deliver the full scope of solutions focused, SVP and Board level advisory to multiple high profile clients, delivering exceptional quality of work on time and effectively, with an eye towards growing opportunity through strong understanding and truly meaningful relationships. You'll never want for variety here, with their business model allowing you to engage in project work with multiple organizations, all while receiving unlimited opportunity to stretch and grow both experientially and from a compensation perspective. Ownership, visibility, and empowerment to shape the future of this high caliber upstart is part of the package, and a much lighter load in terms of travel is one of the many perks (some travel to NYC and the West Coast is required -40% in high time is a good estimate). Candidates coming from best practices environments who are seeking to apply their well-honed skills to less hierarchical settings thrive here, especially if they are energized by solutions which are bespoke, have a strong head for detail, a knack for partnering with business leaders. Advanced studies in I/O or Org Psych are desired, and in-house (corporate) work will be considered if the role was modeled as an internal consultant to a multifaceted or matrixed brand/brand group.
