Frazer Jones are partnering with the leading global trading and technology company, looking for a specialist TA Manager to manage recruitment globally for quant roles as well as engineering and developer roles.

Responsibilities include:-

  • Managing end to end recruitment for your portfolio- from sourcing to talent pipelining as well as vetting potential candidates, managing the interview process and delivering offers before handing over to onboarding
  • Partnering with hiring managers to gain an in-depth understanding of the organisation
  • Contributing to the TA strategy globally
  • Sourcing creatively through networking, utilising referrals, social media and other means
  • Utilising external recruiters where appropriate, building trusted relationships and managing the value of the brand on the market
  • Candidate management throughout all stages of the process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
  • Utilsing date to improve the recruitment process and strategy

The successful individual will have at least 5 years' experience with quant recruitment or more broadly, technology recruitment, a hands-on approach with a strategic mindset and excellent sourcing skills.
