Our client, a truly phenomenal large global law firm with an excellent culture and consistent top rankings is seeing an experienced Manager of Professional Development & Recruitment to join their Bay Area offices. This dynamic and visible role will allow for a professional development focus and growth as a people manager at a firm with unlimited enrichment/promotional/mobility opportunities in the long term.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, executive presence (ability to interact at the officer level), and significant, relevant law firm experience in professional development and (ideally) recruiting (8+ years) are requirements, and the firm would also entertain an attorney looking to switch over to PD/recruitment. Weekly travel (post covid) will be required between the San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices as you'll split time sitting at each office.
