Our client, an exciting midsized lawfirm with a strong brand is seeking a Manager of Legal Recruiting to head up lateral associate hiring for the firm under the direction of a wonderful director. With its relatively lean structure and manageable scope, this position represents an exciting opportunity to increase your ownership and level of visibility and autonomy which is hard to achieve in a larger, more layered firm. This role will serve a leader in their lateral recruiting strategy while working very closely with department/practice group heads, partners and practice groups.
Responsible for managing all parts of the lateral associate recruitment process for the New York office and coordinating efforts with other locations as required, this position reports to the Director of Lateral Recruitment and partners closely with department and practice group heads, partners and practice group heads. You'll also frequently interact with all legal and administrative staff in all offices.
