You will execute the recruitment strategy (manage full cycle of recruitment process including but not limited to job posting, pre-screening and facilitating interviews) and drive a high calibre, proactive pipeline of talent. You will be responsible for the implementation of all recruitment and branding activities and have a passion for excellence.
You will be Degree qualified and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in the Legal recruitment function. Prior experience working as a lawyer would be beneficial due to relevancy.
A fast-paced environment which will require a strong and resilient individual to drive a high-performance culture. This person will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with business leaders and managers - serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in aspect of talent sourcing and acquisition. Able to work independently, is proactive, and adaptable to changes or ambiguity. Only the best with the best.
