My Bristol based client is looking to hire a Learning Specialist that sits within a Learning Transformation function. The team is responsible for working with the business and stakeholders to help them understand and respond to Technology's strategic needs and designing approaches to meet the company and technology needs and improvements.
Working across the Learning lifecycle of design, delivery and evaluation, this will involve developing and delivering learning that builds current and future capability required for Technology - understanding technology skills, resource and diversity gaps through demand forecasting, and turning this into skill and capability programmes. These large programmes of change will influence all parts of the business across a significant and widely spread headcount and will require brilliant stakeholder management across a complex and matrixed environment.
While understanding and responding to Technologies strategic needs, you will need to be able to demonstrate a track record of successful delivery of all elements of the learning life cycle within a large and complex organisation. Experience of working with an LMS, preferably Success Factors, would be an advantage, alongside experience of digital learning design and Agile. Successful end to end programme and project delivery of large scale complex projects eg systems integration/learning platforms is also highly desirable.
