Our client is a high-growth sales organization that is seeking an L&D Specialist to support their U.S. Learning operations as part of a national and global team. The role will report to the Head of Learning for the U.S. and will lead training efforts for staff, both remotely and in-person, from onboarding through ongoing coaching and development. The L&D Specialist will understand both local, regional needs as well as the firm's global learning strategies and will partner with leadership to implement effective solutions.
The ideal candidate for this role will bring several years of experience in corporate L&D/Training OR will have a strong background Staffing & Recruitment industry with a passion for moving into Learning. You will bring outstanding energy, ambition, and confidence that allows you to build effective relationships and have an immediate impact.
