I am delighted to be partnering with a well-known law firm who are in the process of recruiting for a permanent Learning & Development Coordinator, to join their small but passionate team. The firm have had a successful couple of months and are now excited to welcome a new person into the team.
You will be working closely with the Head of Learning & Development and will take responsibility for the coordination of all of the firm's training programmes as well as maintaining their Learning Management System. Due to the size of the team, you will gain exposure to a range of seniorities, both internal and external, and possessing a passion for Learning & Development will ensure the team's excellent reputation continues.
This role will suit someone who has prior experience within a Learning & Development team and who can evidence an enthusiasm for a career in L&D. You should be able to demonstrate experience of managing various projects at any one time whilst also offering a first-class experience to your stakeholders.
Experience of working in L&D within a professional services environment is highly desired as well as an understanding of an LMS.
It is highly likely that this person will start their new role remotely so home-working is of course accepted.
