We're partnering with a highly successful and growing clean energy company based in Morristown as they seek to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager to stand up and manage their newly minted relationship with two recruitment process outsourcing providers. This role will manage a RPO team of up to 6 resources and will drive all candidate sourcing efforts across their US and Canadian plants. The team is expecting to fill about 600 open positions in 2022, with a mix of leadership roles, and skilled and unskilled labor. The company is simultaneously hiring a TA Operations leader, who will automate and manage the administrative processes and systems that support the recruitment teams.
Our client is seeking candidates with 10+ years of experiencing of progressive recruitment experience with expertise in leading and managing a RPO solution, ensuring the RPO adheres to all agreed up service level requirements. A strategic view of candidate sourcing, as well as employment branding and social media spend/ROI is critical for success in this role. Prior experience with Workday Recruiting would be a plus. This position is reporting to a Talent Acquisition Director and can sit 100% remote, or onsite on a hybrid basis in Morristown, NJ if local and desirous of working in an office.
