L&D Manager

I am delighted to work with a dynamic, innovative, professional services organisation to recruit a permanent Learning & Development Manager. You will manage a team of two and take the lead on the design and delivery of learning solutions applicable and relevant to all levels of the organisation including partner level. Key responsibilities include;

* Creating and delivering high quality, effective and efficient learning solutions.
* Partnering with the business and business leaders in order to understand the training need or business problem and design evidence based, commercially driven solutions that are blended, engaging and interactive to address these needs.
* Along with creating business solutions you will also be responsible for the maintenance and updating of existing learning programmes, making them fit for purpose.
* You and your team are also responsible for managing the trainee scheme, organising their rotation and supporting their development needs

In order to be successful in your application you must be able to demonstrate the end to end design and delivery of learning programmes. You have worked as a Senior Learning & Development, with experience gained within Professional or Financial Services. You are confident, professional and credible with experience partnering with all levels of an organisation, including senior stakeholders. You have experience leading an L&D function, ideally with people management experience.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, hard-working, credible professional to make an impact within an innovative, changing business. When offices reopen the role will be based 2-3 days per week with your team in Worcester with the remaining days worked remotely.
