Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity to broaden your experience within one of the fastest growing bulk annuity insurers?

We have a great opportunity for a junior recruiter to become an important part of a successful and ambitious team based in London.

As the Junior Recruiter, you will be part of a dynamic team of two and could get actively involved in growing the business. You will be supporting and working closely with the head of talent acquisition, who is aiming to recruit more than 100 team members this year. You will also liaise with the broader HR team including the HRBP and the Head of Resourcing to support with their recruiting needs.

This Junior Recruiter role is an exciting new opportunity to strengthen your skill sets with the length and breadth this role has to offer you. As the Junior recruiter you will be organising all interview requests, booking rooms and keeping both the candidates and the clients fully informed throughout. You will also be managing the diary of multiple stakeholders and assist the account manager with new contractor vetting packs. You will also be given the opportunity to set up contractor meet and greets on new starters first days.

You will also be responsible for ensure the online candidate tracking and management system is accurate and up to date throughout all stages of the process as per below in conjunction with the Account Manager:

  • Upload new roles and distribute to agencies
  • Interviews
  • Candidate feedback and rejection
  • Offers

Along with this you will also produce monthly recruitment activity reports for Head of Resourcing.

The ideal candidate will have great organisation skills, will be confident in working on a high volume of roles. You will be able to build strong relationships at all levels internally and externally, communicate clearly with a wide variety of people including hiring managers, 2nd tier and 3rd party suppliers, contractors and candidates and the HR team.
Previous recruitment experience within a financial services business would be ideal, and communication skills with great attention to details would be required.
