We are working with a nationally expanding, award winning law firm to recruit an Internal Recruitment Advisor based in either Birmingham. This firm pride themselves on the commercial, innovative and pragmatic solutions they provide to their customers which span industries including technology, media, pharmaceuticals, financial services, energy and retail.
It your new role you will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment of qualified legal roles from NQ to up to partner level. You will liaise and work directly with Hiring Managers in order to discuss future and current recruitment needs, recruitment solutions and strategy. You will be responsible for direct sourcing and attraction via job boards, Linked-In and social media in order to identify, engage candidates with specific skill sets both for current and future opportunities.
You will screen and interview suitable candidates to SLA and report on recruitment processes such as time to hire. You will participate in talent attraction projects such as PSL management and selection, location/divisional talent attraction initiatives, technology implementation, advertising platform selection and wider employer branding programmes.
In order to be successful in your application you will need to demonstrate proven experience recruiting qualified legal opportunities. Experience within a legal recruitment agency, professional services or law firm environment is essential. You will need to demonstrate strong direct resourcing and recruitment experience with a flair for stair for stakeholder engagement, providing a consultative approach and tenacity to find challenging skills and or experience. You are credible, confident and possess strong interpersonal skills.
