A leading financial services business, employing c25,000 staff, is now looking to recruit a Workday Certified Recruitment Module Specialist on a 12 month interim basis to help support their development of this module post go-live. Running from October 2020 through to September 2021 (with a possible further extension), this role will be to lead on owning the Workday Roadmap of change and partnering with the Talent Acquisition Leadership to determine update priorities and module extensions. To help deliver this vital function, you will oversee and manage a small team of Workday configurators to ensure timely delivery of requirements, scope process improvement opportunities for the TA function, driving consistency across systems, processes, data and reporting. It is essential you are able to drive standard methodologies among end users by ensuring they are involved in each project from conception through to delivery and are engaged in training and enablement activities. You will collaborate with internal teams and other functional areas to create innovative new solutions and enhancements and serve as a mentor to validate functional upgrades and test system changes to ensure delivery of those changes against business needs. You will act as the key SME for all technical and non-technical solutions for the team.
As a result the business is looking to meet immediately available Workday Certified Specialists who have deep expertise within the Recruitment Module and are able to drive the development of this pivotal function across a large-scale global business.
