A great, newly created 6 month interim role now exists at a global asset manager. Covering maternity leave, this role will support the business through a critical period in their compensation calander as they approach their annual bonus payout and support a number of other reward related projects. These will include: compensation review, benchmarking (using McLagan), pay frameworks and negotiating with benefit/pension providers at renewal. A key project is the calaculation and sign-off of partners profit allocations. Reporting into the HRD you will partner with multiple senior stakeholders to deliver MI reporting and prepare papers for RemCo as well as provide support and guidance on regulatory implications. Critical is the ability to join in April and be able to commit to 6 months tenure. As a result the business is looking to meet experienced reward managers/senior reward managers from financial services who would enjoy working in a high-perfoming team.
