Interim HR Business Partner
£250-£300 per day PAYE as this role falls inside IR35.
The organisation has been born out of a larger corporate but is now a standalone entity that is still in start up mode. The employer base of circa 50 people span London as well as Germany, Italy, Span and Poland.
The job reports into the COO who wants the HRBP to bring some smart HR infrastructure into place - this will include policies and procedures and some tool kits on how to hire, how to onboard and exit as well as some basic frameworks around immigration law, GDRP and IR35. You will also work with the client base and the VOO to bring in a smart, fit for purpose comp and bens suite. This is a low ER environment and so there will not be a lot of reactive work. The job is to build and come up with creative, modern HR interventions to hire and retain top talent and to grow the business.
Working at home and when the London office is open, some time spent there.
Full time or 3-4 days a week would also work for this client.
