I am working with a large corporate that has acquired a number of digital businesses in the UK.
This is a contract role to bring in some HR structure, harmonisation of all terms and conditions across this portfolio as well as building best processes and policies for the client group and a comp and bens suite that is relevant and competitive. You will liaise with the parent company, work with leadership across the portfolio and communicate all changes down the entire client group - total head count is under 150 people.
This is a lovely project starting from scratch to build a smart HR infrastructure for a community of people who will be pleased to know you are there to support them and that the processes you build will build their businesses and retain their people.
You will have worked for a tech/digital/media business as a generalist or even a HR Ops professional.
FTC - £75K. Not day tate. Start immediately, home based, some London office visits. Total autonomy.
