Urgent Interim HR Business Partner 6 Month FTC - based in Birmigham with travel required to HQ in West London and sites based regionally.

I'm working with a fast paced business who have recently restructured their HR function. Whilst they look to recruit a Regional HR Business Partner on a permanent basis who aligns with their long term strategic goals, there is an immediate need for an HR Business Partner to cover BAU activities until they find the permanent postholder. In this role you will work closely with your Area Managers providing both an operational & strategic support encompassing; recruitment and talent acquisition, succession/workforce planning, learning & development, employee relations, employee engagement and, where appropriate, continual business improvement and change. You will work with your area managers to upskill coach and develop their capabilities.
In order to hit the ground running and add immediate value you have;
- Previous experience within a fast moving, multi-site customer facing business.
- You are an HR generalist with Business Partner experience in all areas of the employee lifecycle.
- You have regional and/or multi site experience, comfoetable partnering with regional or area managers.
- You are immediately available, or available at short notice to start this contract.
