We're working with the investment management division of a global real estate management company to help them hire a Director, Human Resources. This role will be an individual contributor, supporting the HR advisory needs of a global population of 220 employees, working in close partnership with the business leadership for this business unit, as well as the HR leadership and HR Centers of Excellence. The bulk of the employees sit in the US market, but there will be matrixed support for employees sitting in international markets. There may be an opportunity to hire and manage an HR Analyst in Q2 2022.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience as a fully functioning HR business partner with demonstrated expertise in talent and performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, learning & development, and rolling out corporate initiatives in a way that makes sense for the business. Our client is seeking someone with prior HR experience gained in the financial services sector, with experience in asset/investment management being even better. Experience supporting LatAm and/or Spanish or Portuguese language skills would enable the Managing Director of HR, to whom this Director will report, to bring this individual into supporting their limited but growing presence in the Latin American market, but is not required. Our client is looking for someone who will be able to balance global HR initiatives with the unique needs of their specific client population, custom tailoring said initiatives to ensure adoption by the business.
