Our client is a global financial institution based in Singapore. We are looking for a stellar HR Business Partner to act as an individual contributor in the Singapore office, and working collaboratively with global and regional teams.

To succeed in this role, you will need to come with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, ability to work independently and manage efficiently HR processes. You will drive the talent agenda, manage a robust and effective performance process, engagement, and ensure internal processes are streamlined and accessible to the business.

This is a 360 role where you will have end to end ownership of all aspects of HR from operations to executing strategy and acting as a project lead across APAC. You will get to own this role and make it your own, together with an opportunity to make an impact. There is a shared service centre but you will need to be prepared to undertake your own administration.

You will be part of a wider HR team who are professional and passionate at what they are doing. You will drive your presence from Singapore and embed yourself into your team who are in a separate country. Singapore is a key growth market for the business so there will be growth and a spotlight on your patch.

The population is made up of entrepreneurial, bright and engaging analytical professionals who are not hierarchical. Based in Singapore, this role will be responsible for the implementation of the HR strategy and operations for Singapore. This is an opportunity to work with rorward-thinking leaders and building a name for yourself internally.

Essential: This person must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing demanding stakeholders, and comes with experience in handling employee relations cases.

Desirable: Experience in leading / participating in global HR projects is advantageous.
