A newly created, high profile opportunity for a strong HRIS professional to lead a technology transformation program for this large, global, complex and dynamic organisation with its headquarters in Cairo.

The Organisation

This global, reputable Egyptian organisation is a large complex multinational leading the way in its sector in the country. Embarking on a major change program and investment in a new HR strategy, the organisation are looking to implement a new HRIS globally across its employee headcount of 15,000.

The Role

This role will sit within the Human Resources function and report to Chief HR Officer, while partnering with the various business lines, especially Technology. Your role will be to identify, roll out and embed a new HRIS globally to align with the new business strategy.

This is a Director level role and you will have a team of 5 reporting into you. The position will be based in Cairo with potential global travel in the future.

The Criteria

This role will be best suited to an experienced Human Resources professional who has worked in large, complex organisations. You will have excellent practical experience in identifying, rolling out and embedding a new HRIS either as a specialist or as part of a senior HR generalist role.

You may also come from a Consulting background having worked on leading HRIS related client projects for large multinationals.
