A leading, global financial services business is currently looking to recruit an experienced HR Programme Transformation Manager to join and help to drive their post-implementation cloud HCM roadmap. This permanent role will be to initially focus on delivering a large-scale payroll HRIS migration (c150k workers) across US & APAC and will ensure the key project milestones are delivered and RAID items are managed. Key duties for this phase will cover managing the integration layers and interlock across the programme workstreams to deliver the implementation approach and plan, including liaison with local as well as global teams to ensure local deployment plans align and consider any wider activities / dependencies outside of programme delivery that may impact plans. Managing the change management approach and plan, including articulation of change impacts, change interventions to manage / mitigate impacts and secure buy in and increase readiness of teams and stakeholders. Track and report that the Programme team is resourced appropriately and within budget, taking appropriate actions to manage these aspects when variance is forecast or realised. Providing support, guidance and direction across multiple workstreams that form the programme, ensuring alignment to the strategic aims of the programme and the governance structures implemented, and to agreed timelines.
As a result the business is looking to meet candidates with prior, large-scale (100k+ work force) implementation/programme management experience gained across cloud-based HCM transformations, utilising key project management methodology (Prince, Scrum) to ensure timeline delivery. Experience of SuccessFactors Employee Central is required and it is essential that candidates are already eligible to live and work unrestricted in the UK.
