Our client, an investment bank, is looking for Workday/HRIS professionals to join their growing team. In this role, the HRIS guru will focus on handling the day-to-day operations of Workday and will serve as the technical point-of-contact for employees and HR subject matter experts with a heavy analytical focus. This person will configure system changes, create reports, perform security analysis, and test new functionality. Furthermore, they will be involved in all aspects of the system from security administration to business process design. This role reports to Head of HRIS. Ideally, experience supporting Workday in the Human Capital Management module (experience in any of the following modules a plus): Absence, Benefits, Onboarding, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking and/or Learning is a plus. This role can be 100% remote and a competitive base salary and bonus are offered.
