I am working with a global Insurance business who are looking to recruit a HRBP to partner with their underwriting client population.
As the HRBP you will own the HR relationship with your client group to ensure the provision of a professional, proactive, and effective HR service to meet the people strategy. This role will see you work closely with the senior leaders to shape and deliver their local people strategy to align to the overarching UK strategy. You will be responsible for the end-to-end life cycle operational delivery; be hands-on as well as exposure to broader group strategic projects.
To be considered for this role you will already be working within the Financial Services sector, ideally insurance or underwriting. This role is suited to a switched-on career driven junior HRBP who already has a commercial mindset along with the ability to work with senior stakeholders to influence pragmatic outcomes with a real delivery focus. In return this role will enable you to develop and broaden your HR skill set as you become involved in strategic priorities to meet the people strategy.
