An international Engineering firm is looking for a HRBP to look after the Greater China regions and lead a small team of 2 based in Hong Kong.
About the Role:
Reporting to the HR Director based in Singapore, you will be managing a small team in daily HR activities from on-boarding all the way up to off-boarding. Recruitment and Retention is a crucial priority for the HR team. This HR Generalist will work closely with the management team and is also the key point of contact for any HR-related and ER-related matter. You will also be responsible for managing various HR projects such a Engagement, Development, Succession Planning, and Annual Surveys.
The successful applicant:
Ideally, you should have at least 7+ years of progressive HR experience in the a similar industry. Given the individuals that you will be exposed to, strong interpersonal and communication skills (in both English and Mandarin) is necessary in order to network and influence with the senior stakeholders.
