Our client, a global materials science company, is looking for an HR Strategic Business Partner who can translate business strategies into people and organizational priorities. They are seeking someone who is highly skilled in the areas of change management, organizational development and design, talent management, high potential identification, culture design, etc. This person will report to the Global HR Leader for their Fabrics division and will work closely with the global leadership team so global experience is a must. This role can sit remote with a strong preference for the candidate to sit on the East Coast.
