I am currently partnering with a global insurance firm with an outstanding reputation who are looking to recruit a HR Service Delivery Manager. This is a newly created role for the organisation and an excellent opportunity to lead a global HR Service Delivery team. The global HR Service Delivery team is responsible for providing a customer-centric HR operations services to all employees across the business. The successful person within this role will encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the HR Service Delivery team whilst using data to measure and monitor activities, including service levels.
To be considered for this role, candidate will need demonstrable experience in HR Operations and service, with excellent knowledge of HR policies and regulations. You will needs a hands-on approach, have a natural interest in systems, data and process improvement as well as experience managing a HR Operations team. Global experience is also highly desirable.
