A global leading Asset Management firm are seeking an HR Projects & Benefits Coordinator on an initial 12 month FTC to play a pivotal role in the delivery, roll-out and management of an exciting new company benefit, in addition you will be supporting the function on BAU tasks relating to Benefits, HR Projects, Analytics, Reward and more. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a project from start to finish and leave a lasting legacy with the firm.
You will act as the project lead for their company vehicle benefit launch, and become the SME for this benefit globally, responding to employee queries, liaising with the provider, and producing communications to highlight this benefit and how to join to the wider firm. In addition, you will support the Benefits & Payroll Manager on the BAU Benefits Administration & wellbeing programmes, and the wider team on gender pay gap & MI reporting, the implementation of IR35 regulations, compensation planning and HR Project management support.
For this role you will need to have demonstrable experience working within a Benefits role, and have supported on or project-managed the implementation of a new company benefit from beginning to end. You will have strong project management skills and will need be an excellent communicator as you will be in a business facing role. You will have intermediate to advanced Excel skills that allow you to analyse large data sets and present data clearly. You will have experience working for a Financial Services or Professional Services organisation, or a similar environment, and have experience of working in an in-house Benefits role.
