The client is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager ideally with extensive employee relations experience, or with a generalist skillset that has operated overseeing a number of HR projects. Initially until the end of 2020, this role will operate as a trusted advisor on performance management, lead on complex employee relations issues and manage the talent processes across absence, disciplinary and grievances.
Beyond this the role will lead and contribute on the firms people agenda, help to train managers on how to communicate with their teams in these difficult times as well as upskill the leadership capabilities of these management teams. You will also work closely alongside the HRBP's on performance and salary review process, including the bonus reviews and advising on market trends.
It is essential that you have a significant ER exposure across a range of complex cases, TUPE expertise and the ability to manage multiple project workstreams.
The client is also ideally looking for someone coming out of a smaller environment (circa 500-3000 employees) as the HR team mucks in across the delivery function. So you wont be able to leverage extensive CoE's as support. Exposure to the professional services or legal space would be highly desirable.
