We have a current opportunity for a HR Project Manager or Senior HR Project Coordinator ready to step up for a 12 month contract role working within the Transformation team.

key tasks will include:

  • Coordinating and tracking to the project plan within the project stream (HR Service Centres)
  • Managing project documentation,
  • Creation of weekly reports and status reports
  • Coordinating resources and tracking to the project plan
  • Communicating across the business with key areas such as IT, the change management team, senior leaders
  • Checking project budgets and ensuring targets are being met

Essential skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management, business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Hands on experience in Microsoft Project (as well as Sharepoint and Excel)
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
