Are you an HR or Junior HR Data/Systems Professional looking for your next challenge? Our client a Global Financial Services organisation based in the City are seeking a Data & Systems Administrator to play a pivotal role within their HR team. You will be joining a warm and collaborative HR team, and play a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

You will be responsible for managing the data input, data maintenance and data cleansing within the firms HRIS. You will also be responsible for carrying out the scheduled and ad-hoc data reporting from the system, and providing analyses/insights where needed. You will be responsible for providing data reports from the system to all internal teams to support the day to day HR operations, as well as to external vendors and providers where needed.

You will have had prior experience managing data within an HR system, and been the go-to person for data reports or information held within the HR system. You will have had experience utilising a cloud-based system such as (Workday/SuccessFactors) and will have be analytically minded, with strong Excel expertise.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR Professional who wants to specialise in Data Analytics &/or Systems, or for a Junior Data Professional to gain more experience in a Global organisation within Financial Services. The role is paying up to circa £40,000 plus benefits.
