About Our Client
Our client is an established global professional services firm with a growing office in Singapore and across Asia. This is a fast-paced and quality orientated business, working in partnership with business leaders across the region.
This exciting new role has been created to support the growing employee base across the countries with all people and HR related matters. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Global Head of HR overseas, dotted line to the Managing Director in Singapore.
You will operate in a broad HR Generalist role, working closely with the business to provide them with proactive and consultative service. This includes managing local HR strategy, HR Projects, HR Ops, recruitment activities, succession planning, streamlining HR processes, revamping HR policies, employee relations etc.
Key to your success will be your ability to engage the senior leaders on a strategic level and operate in a broad HR generalist position. You must have the ability to see the big picture and build strong relationships across the business.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a HR Advisor / HR Business Partner / HR Manager currently operating in another global professional services organization.
Essential: Mandarin speaking is required to liaise with colleagues across Asia
Desirable: Experience in overseeing HR activities in Asia is advantageous
