I'm currently partnering with a specialist insurance broker looking to hire their first ever HR Manager on a part-time basis to help build and develop their HR processes and deliver on people management strategies in line with the firms strategic aim of continued and consistent growth over the next few years.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Manager to take complete ownership of HR for the organisation where you will have the ability to really make an impact. You will report directly into the COO and work extremely closely with the CEO as well. The role will have both a strategic and an operational focus, where you will provide expert advice and support on all HR matters.
To be considered for this role you must have demonstrable HR experience, with good hands-on recruitment experience. Ideally you will have operated within the insurance market but if not broader Financial Services or Professional Services HR experience is ideal.
