I am really excited to be working on a new HR Manager role with a global media company based in London.
The business has c.250 employees based in the UK, US, Europe and Asia and are looking for someone to join their small HR team of 3 (HR Director, this role - HR Manager and a HR Administrator).
The company is PE backed and are now looking to put more processes and procedures in place. You will be joining a busy team and there are plenty of interesting projects to get stuck into! Over the last few years the company has been incredibly successful, with significant growth plans and they hope to continue this moving into next year and beyond.
This is a truly generalist role. When you come in initially you will be busy dealing with the furlough process then some of the key priorities are implementing performance management processes, upskilling managers and improving data/reporting. It would be beneficial if you have had some international HR experience previously (in particular in the US) but this isn't a must have.
The company has a start up, informal feel and everyone is very passionate about what they do! The HRD is looking for someone who loves working in a fast paced environment with strong stakeholder management skills who is happy to get stuck in!
Salary - Looking around the £50,000 mark (may be a little bit of flexibility for the perfect candidate!)
