We are delighted to work with a fast growth Technology business in Leicestershire to recruit an HR Manager. Reporting into the People Director based in London, the HR Manager is responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service to the business across the UK, Nordics and APAC.

The Role

  • As the stand-alone HR Manager, you will provide both operational support to employees across all areas of the employee lifecycle including; recruitment, succession planning, employee relations casework, learning & development, reward & recognition, employee engagement and proactive project work.
  • This is a unique opportunity to make a significant HR impact on this expanding SME and you will be responsible for leading on HR projects, organisational development and design.
  • You will partner with managers and key stakeholders to support them through business change and align the people agenda to strategic commercial objectives.
  • You will maintain and develop local policies and procedures, including updating local terms and conditions in line with law, ensuring they are all communicated effectively and adhered to.

Required Sills & Experience

In order to be successful in your application you will have hands on, operational, generalist HR experience. It is essential you have operated in a global or internal capacity and have been accountable for providing international HR support (EMEA, Nordics or APAC). You are comfortable working in a stand-alone role, coaching and supporting managers and senior leaders' capabilities. Experience in a fast growth tech environment is highly desirable but wider professional services will be considered.
