I am delighted to be working with a leading global engineering organisation to hire a HR Manager for their Dublin site. This is an exciting time to join the organisation and support a new and inspiring senior team.
As HR Manager you will be responsible for challenging and driving performance across the local organisation based in Dublin with a major focus on organisational effectiveness, talent management and building future capabilities. You are both the right hand of the local General Manager and an active member of the international HR Team.
A full HR generalist position you will be involved in workforce planning, employee relations, performance and talent management and engagement. You will work closely with the Regional HR Business Partner based in Italy to work on the development and implementation of local policies and procedures and harmonize these in accordance with the Corporate HR Team and consistently with the HR strategy and timeline. You will build a strong and trusted relationship with the local leadership team actively coaching, challenging and influencing them to develop the organisational capability required to enable delivery of business strategy; anticipate the changing needs of the business and drive the active management and development of talent.
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced HR generalist working in senior position, you will have worked across all key HR areas including workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations. You will have a high level of employment law experience for Ireland and the UK, and will have a sound knowledge of how to run a salary review. This role is based on site so you will have worked in a similar environment within engineering, manufacturing or construction.
Salary: €60,000 - €65,000
Location: Dublin, Ireland - Will be site based.
