A reputable and forward-thinking Financial Services firm that offers services across Private Equity, Capital Markets, Asset Management, Wealth Management and Investment Banking are looking to recruit a HR Manager for their European operations. This role will sit in the London office where you will report directly into the HR Director for Europe.
This role will encompass both HR Business Partnering responsibilities for your designated client groups across Europe as well as taking ownership for the generalist HR responsibilities where you will be involved with everything from L&D, compensation and benefits, recruitment and induction, employee relations and engagement and inclusion. You will also the opportunity to support the HR Director and lead on a wide range of projects and initiatives on an ad-hoc basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional looking to make the next step in their HR career. To be successfully within this role you will need excellent organisational skills, verbal and written communication skills as well as relevant HR experience working within a busy, fast-paced environment Financial Services environment.
The relevant candidate must also be educated to degree standard and ideally be CIPD qualified.
