A growing financial client of ours is hiring for an HR Generalist to join their team for a full-time opportunity at their office in Century City.
This role will be far from one dimensional. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for all HR functions including but not limited to, onboarding, benefits, compensation, training, and advisory. You will report to the SR HR Operations manager and will be working with clients all over the United States. You will participate in developing organizational policies and procedure. You will act as the first point of contact for employee related escalations. You will have a high level of autonomy and an appetite to expand your knowledge.
As an HR Generalist, you will bring a self-starter mentality to this role. You will have a minimum of 2 years of general HR experience. Having experience with payroll is a plus! You will have excellent organization and structural skills. You will also thrive in a culture where willingness to learn and collaboration is key to succeeding.
