A global insurance firm with a truly global presence who are headquarted in the US are looking to recruit a HR Generalist for their UK business where you will provide operational HR support to the UK HR Business Partnering team.
As the HR Generalist you will provide HR support across recruitment, the performance management process, compensation, talent development as well employee relations where you will be expected to handle complex ER cases including disciplinaries and grievances.
This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional looking to gain more exposure and responsibility where you will be closer to the business and partner very closely with a team of experienced HR Business Partners to learn and develop from.
To be successful within this role you will need demonstrable experience across multiple HR disciplines, with good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. The ideal candidate will also have a good background working within a complex, matrix Financial Services business.
