I have partnered with an international, market-leading energy firm on an exclusive basis, in their search for an HR Generalist.
This is a permanent role in Central London, paying £38-45,000.
As an HR Generalist, your main remits are stakeholder management, employee relations, performance reviews, and general HR support. Working closely alongside the HR Business Partner, you will be building relationships with people at all levels and providing international support.
With employee relations, you will be working closely with hiring managers as well as legal counsel and experts within industrial relations. This will allow you to develop your ER skills and negotiate on different matters, particularly with trade union reps.
You will also be supporting with service delivery, org design, and change management. This may include TUPE processes and liaising with colleagues in Western Europe which is why experience with trade unions is key in this role.
Additionally, you will be involved with policy review, analysing data, HR reports, and supporting with international HR projects. This will allow you to have a really varied role, and build key relationships with different colleagues in the organisation.
This is a full-time role, and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 9-5:30. This will be a two-stage interview process.
