Up to ~75k base plus bonus
Our client is a global, high growth sales organization that is seeking a Generalist to support their US operations as part of a three person team. This role will report to a head HRBP for the US with the opportunity to mentor an HR Coordinator. The Generalist will take the lead on day-to-day HR inquiries and employee relations, performance management process and significant support for exciting HR project work around topics such as D&I, Comp & Ben, internal mobility and employee well-being.
The preferred candidate for this role will be a 2-3 year HR professional who ideally has had some employee relations exposure and stakeholder management responsibilities. You will bring excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment, combined with a high level of maturity and professionalism.
Some travel, though not significant, will be required in support of their US office locations. This is an excellent next step for a Coordinator operating at the next level or a junior Generalist who is prepared to take on more responsibility.
