The Head of People role is a newly created position which will work closely with the CEO and Executive team across all International markets. Supported by a small team, the Head of People will provide services to the entire workforce across all locations in Europe and the US. Based in Lisbon, the Head of People will build and drive the People agenda, a best in class HR function and HR processes in a fast paced agile environment. The Head of People will drive a successful talent acquisition programme to meet the needs of a high growth environment in a competitive market and also manage talent and succession planning processes across the international business. Experience working in a growing business within the European Market given this is their largest employee base is sought, to include working with an executive team to develop medium term business strategy. We are seeking an accomplished HR leader with proven experience gained in a high growth environment preferably within the Tech/product sector. An entrepreneurial mindset and drive to achieve impact are key for success. Fluency in English is required and Portuguese would be a plus.
