This is a great opportunity with a UK business that is looking to hire an HR Director. Reporting to the CEO, you will manage a large HR team supporting a c.1,700 headcount across multiple sites, and lead on all people related change and transformation programmes.
While ensuring that the business is supported by efficient and value add HR policies, process and procedures, you will play a key part in driving the business forward as both an HR and Business Leader, working closely with the Board and senior leadership teams. Key to this will be your ability to drive change and you will be able to evidence very strong experience of restructuring, organisational design and development, building and driving a performance based culture, data and digital transformation, D&I, communications and employee engagement.
You will be a CPO or HR Director preferably with Board level experience with significant experience of People related change and business transformation, and defining and delivering a robust and modern People agenda. As such you be an articulate communicator with a strong track record of engaging and building relationships with senior stakeholders. You will have led and managed a large HR team. It is likely your industry experience will have been gained within a Manufacturing/Engineering/Production matrixed multinational, across multiple locations and with a diverse workforce. A strong knowledge of UK employment law is required.
