We are delighted to partner with a leading insurance firm on a HR Admin / Office Manager opening. They currently span across more than 25 offices globally spread across the US, Latin America, Australia, Europe and Asia with circa 600 employees. The firm is a truly global brand with professionals that operate as experts in the market.
You will support the HR Business Partner on full employee lifecycle and HR generalist matters for the APAC offices with regards to recruitment, on-boarding / off-boarding and L&D support. As well as generalist HR matters, you will have the opportunity to participate in exciting HR projects on a regional scale as well as upskill and revamp new and existing HR initiatives.
Essential: The suitable candidate should have immaculate attention to detail and be able to operate in a fast paced environment. You should demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively and work with professionalism and discretion and be comfortable operating in a flexible position. You should be able to think outside the box and be receptive to change.
