Regional HR Consultant (6 months contract)

- Circa $12,000 - $17,500 monthly pay, excluding attractive completion bonus
About Our Client
Our client is a globally recognised Pharmaceutical company which has growth significantly across Asia Pacific markets in recent years. Due to their growth, there is a need to hire an experienced HR consultant to join their SEA leadership team. The successful HR consultant will evaluate their business model and advise on HR strategies across different SEA markets during a period of 6 months.
Reporting to the Asia GM, the HR Consultant will be the key advisor to the Asia Pacific leadership team, where the HR Consultant will critically evaluate and analyse their current HR model, strategies and policies, and provide recommendations or ramifications, if necessary, to support their business objectives and expansion strategy in SEA region. The HR Consultant will create and implement HR strategies by sharing meaningful insights to market challenges.
The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate should have at least 10 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in change transformation, preferably with a consulting background. You have a proven track record of business partnering with senior leadership team to craft out new, innovative and forward-thinking HR strategies. You have excellent communication and influencing skills to support a diverse leadership team and HR stakeholders.
