Are you an HR Consultant, with exposure across multiple HR Projects and initiatives with an ability to lead on the successful delivery of workstreams? If so, this could be a great opportunity for yourself. My client is seeking an HR Consultant to support their business strategy within technology and set out strategic people plans. You will partner closely with the generalist HR team to design pragmatic solutions for business issues.
You will need to be comfortable managing program delivery and balancing budget, rusk and scope. This role will remain responsible for effective program controls, manage the relationships with both internal and external stakeholders as well as manage project teams where appropriate. Ultimately, a successful HR Consultant will create and drive project plans and initiatives to deliver success for business outcomes and strategic people plans.
With these programs there will be change management, so defining and planning the full 36p approach of intervention is key as well as utilising effective change management approaches to gain commitment from the business. The HR Consultant will manage these projects end to end and follow through from implementation to embedding.
Ideally you have experience in managing transformation and change projects, are used to operating in a consultancy capacity and can work in business impact and diagnostic tools. It'll be essential to juggle multiple projects at any one time, remain calm under pressure and have exposure previously within larger multinationals.
