As HR Compliance and Governance Manager for APAC, you will be responsible for managing the effective implementation of HR policies and processes as well as ensuring they are maintained in line with local regulation, legislation and global standards. You will work closely with HR leadership as well as business leaders and governance/ compliance functions to advise on HR-related risk and compliance issues.
The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise in key HR compliance areas such as data privacy, regulatory requirements and employment law. You will also have a deep understanding of HR operations and be able to demonstrate risk awareness, alongside working knowledge of governance and controls.
