Our client, an international e-commerce company based in Berlin that has grown rapidly in the last years in Germany and has launched internationally in several countries, is looking for an
HR Business Partner (m/f/d)
for the region Frankfurt (Main) based in Germany (100% remote) or Berlin (hybrid).
- Act as an HR Business Partner to support and advice managers and business leaders in all strategic and operational HR topics
- Manage labour law matters and relationships including works council relations
- Foster leadership development activities in the business area
- Supporting development of sick leave policy and coach management in successful reduction of absenteeism
- Evolve the organisational effectiveness by supporting and implementing global people programs
- Academic degree or a combination of education and related work experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience with a proven track record in an HR Business Partner role
- Found knowledge regarding collective labour agreement and labour law
- Excellent project management skills
- Fluent in English and German
